Final day. Last shot. Before departing for the airport the Hotel set up a distillery tour at St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies in Roseau Valley St Lucia. Here they make a large number of rums. Chairman's Reserve being the most refined. I purchased a bottle of 1931 to possibly share back to the states.
